What do I get if I rent an office space from you?
We offer an all-inclusive package that includes:
- Easy in-out terms (1 month notice period)
- Superfast Internet includes WiFi

How big will my office be and what is the cost?
Our offices range from 53 sq.ft to 687 sq.ft. Prices vary accordingly. Please contact us directly for office availability and pricing.
How much flexibility is there?
Rent an office space from us and you only need to give us 1 months’ notice. As your business grows, we offer easy in-out terms so you don’t have to worry about complicated contracts.
Can I access my office at weekends?
Yes. As a tenant, you will be able to access the building 24/7 via an app on your phone.
What kind of security is provided?
We have full CCTV coverage of the building and the car park.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes. Or we do have some limited furniture we can provide.
Can we set up a dedicated phone line
For an added extra, we can set up a phone line for you, exclusively for your office.
Do I need to get insurance for my office contents?
We cover insurance on our building, but you will need to arrange insurance for your contents.
How much is a desk space in the co-working space?
You can rent a desk space from us for £5.00 per hour, £15.00 per day or £50.00 per week. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Do you have meeting rooms/training facilities?
We have a large meeting room on the ground floor with wheelchair access which can accommodate up to 40 people.
For smaller meetings of up to 5 people, we have meeting rooms available on other floors.
All are available at an hourly, half-daily and daily rate.
